Welcome
The Committee plays a pivotal role in minimizing antimicrobial resistance. It advises the Superintendent of Public Health, develops and updates the Antimicrobial Resistance Strategy and Action Plan using a OneHealth approach. Ensures effective use of antimicrobial agents, monitors implementation, promotes infection prevention, and educates professionals and the public. Additionally, it coordinates surveillance systems to analyse trends in antimicrobial resistance and utilization.
